Orders usually are ready for collection within 1 – 7 business days, pending availability.

Home Delivery

Free home delivery for orders over $99 for all orders that qualify

Orders under $45 for standard items will incur a $9 delivery fee. Large items and gift cards not included. Delivery fees for large items are calculated on the delivery destination.

Receiving your order

You will receive your home delivery at the address you specify. If the recipient is home, a signature will be required for delivery. When they are not available, and there is a safe place to leave the parcel, then we will leave it there so that it will be waiting for them. 

Physical gift cards

Physical gift cards may be sent in a separate parcel via registered post and may have different delivery charges and times. All orders are processed in Australian dollars. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Visa. Zip, Afterpay are excluded as payment methods for gift cards.

All orders are in Australian Dollars. We accept Paypal, Zip, Afterpay and all major credit cards including MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Visa. Cryocare gift cards are also welcome.
